Andrew is a highly experienced senior leader in the business services sector, possessing over 30 years of expertise within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Business Process Management (BPM), and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration fields. In the early 1990’s he emerged as an early pioneer in managed service outsourcing for global corporations and the public sector. Notably, he led the first pan-European marketing outsourcing initiative for the world’s leading FMCG & Prestige brand owner and played a pivotal role in developing recognised best-practices that have been adopted by global giants, further cementing his reputation for innovation and leadership in the sector.
Andrew’s track record is characterised by his ability to identify new opportunities and drive significant bottom-line growth for leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and luxury brands. He has consistently delivered results across international markets, frequently achieving goals at remarkable speed and scale.
In his current position, Andrew plays a central role in shaping strategic direction and developing innovative service offerings. He works collaboratively with clients, investing time to understand their unique challenges and requirements. Through this client-focused approach, Andrew designs and implements effective solutions that enhance competitiveness and deliver tangible impact.
Lloyd Weineck
Lloyd possesses extensive expertise in leading large-scale POSM design, production, and retail marketing operations throughout both European and global markets. He excels at ensuring steady commercial and service performance within complex FMCG environments, expertly managing large client portfolios with an emphasis on margins, governance, and building lasting partnerships.
With more than a decade of experience as a business owner operating a specialist POP/POSM installation and merchandising company, Lloyd developed a keen understanding of the operational difficulties brands face when activating campaigns. His proactive attitude and agile problem-solving skills have played a crucial role in enhancing display compliance, making certain that client assets are consistently placed correctly and on schedule.
